Garlic Red Spanish Rice

This fragrant and delicious red rice is a perfect side dish to a main meal.

Garlic Press (Optional)

3 Servings
Ingredients
1 cup long grain rice
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 and 3/4 cup of Chicken Stock
1/8 cup yellow onion
2 cloves of garlic
Cilantro (Optional)
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
Recipe Instructions:
Set pot to low-medium heat. Cut onion and garlic and add to your pot to sauté.
Once onion and garlic are softened and translucent, add long grain rice and stir for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce, chicken stock, garlic salt, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and fluff rice when ready to serve. (Follow cooking directions for the long grain rice you have selected.)
Serve rice and top with cilantro.
